Just released today, a new SKYFALL press conference video on filming Bond in Turkey. Gathered in Istanbul are director Sam Mendes and stars Daniel Craig, Naomie Harris, Bérénice Marlohe, Ola Rapace and producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.
007 has a long history of filming in Turkey, dating back to the second Bond adventure FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE (1963) starring Sean Connery, as well as 1999′s THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH starring Pierce Brosnan. SKYFALL marks Bond’s third tour of duty in Turkey amid an ongoing caravan of global filming locations which includes Shanghai and other sites in China, London and Scotland.
